Web services are typically application programming interfaces (API) or Web APIs that are accessed via Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) and executed on a remote system hosting the requested services.
Web services are Web based applications that use open, XML-based standards and transport protocols to exchange data with clients. The Web Services API’s provide full access to the system’s internals and hence need to be secured. The most advanced web service, API monitoring available at CodePlus Solutions helps you to track the performance and uptime of your API’s.
The Simple API targets developers who want to write quick integration into their existing applications, The Advanced API targets developers who want tight integration into their applications. The most advanced web service/API monitoring available at CodePlus Solutions helps you to track the performance and uptime of your API’s.
Monitor the glue that holds your infrastructure together. Use our API monitor to track the performance and uptime of your API’s, and those of others you may rely on. The term API stands for Application Programming Interface.
A Web API is typically a defined set of HTTP request messages along with a definition of the structure of response messages, typically expressed in XML. An API is a set of command, functions, routines, protocols, and tools for building software applications. A good API makes it easier to develop a program by providing all the predefined functions to interact with the software application, instead of writing code from scratch.
